(오오이타大分 보리) 코지야덴베이麴屋傳兵衛 (11.2.16) & 해프닝의 결과추가(11.5.29)

술친구 시마상이 일본출장후 갖고 온 좋은술을 맛보았다.

발음과 한자가 힘듦.

 

코지야 덴베이 (麴屋 傳兵衛)... 이것도 몬도셀렉션수상품 (2008년과 작년인 2010년도 금상)이다.

 

 

 

 

 

이 술을 빚고있는 오오이타(大分)현  히타(日田)시는 이 위치.

서울에서 판매하는 큐슈골프패키지상품중 이곳 히타시 로렐골프장으로 향하는 상품이 많으니,

혹시 이곳으로 골프여행오시는 분들은 맛보시면 좋을듯~

 

 

 

 

 

 

해프닝이 생겼네. 요놈의 뚜껑이 말썽~~  힘써봐도, 고무줄을 칭칭감고 돌려봐도 영~~~~~

 

 

 

 이 술은 결국 뻰치의 도움으로 뺀찌는 면했네요. ㅎㅎ

소주를 열다가 뚜껑이 저렇게 안열린적은 한번도 없기에 너무도 이상해서 이 회사 홈페이지에 이메일로 알려줬다.

We had a chance to drink your SOUJU 3days ago.
The taste was very nice & everybody enjoyed it very much at the party.

But, there was a happening that i'd like to let your company know.
The bottle cap (Kojiya Dembei) was too tight that nobody could open it even though we used rubber ring.

Finallly, we had to use a tool(pench).

100일정도 지난 5월25일에 이 회사로부터 답장이 왔다. 회사에서 이문제로 고민 많이 했나보다. 공정라인도 다시 손보고~

I apologize about the trouble of the stopper of Kojiya-Dembei heartily.

Moreover, I apologize repeatedly to the negligence of the answer to the sent
inquiry for long time.

We examined this trouble in our office.
In addition, We talked about the measures for prevention of recurrence.

The contents are as follows.

＜CAUSE＞
1. Because contents might leak if it did not tighten surely, the cap is
tightened in strengthening a little.

However, well-set might be put away more strongly depending on the
difference of the outside temperature degree at the manufacturing time and
the open stopping time.

2. It might become difficult to open the cap when the cap is done with
the stock solution adhered to the bottle.

＜COUNTERMEASURE＞
1. The manufacturer of the cap is requested not to leak easily about
the cap and to improve it.

2. About the cap, a moderate way to tighten strength is researched
in-house, and practiced.

3. The production line is adjusted so that the stock solution should
not adhere to the bottle, and it persists in inspecting goods.

I think that I can prevent trouble occurring this time by these
correspondences.

I am really sorry to trouble it this time.

그래서 친절한 설명감사하고 히타시를 방문하면 이 회사에 들러 너희소주를 다시 구입하겠다고  즉시 답장을 보내고는 잊었는데,

3일후인 5월28일 토요일 아침에 띵동~  예정에 없던 택배가 왔다. 뭐지???

 

 

 

 

 

 또한번의 영문,일문의 사과편지와 상품브로셔, 기념티셔츠2장과 앞치마1장.

 220년 전통의 회사가 대표인 제일고가제품 뚜껑안열렸다는 컴플레인편지받고 사장이 뚜껑열렸나보다. ㅎ  

 

"100일이나 이 문제를 연구해서 원인과 해결책을 밝혀 보고하고, 기념품까지 챙겨 배송하는 걸보면 참 일본답다라는 생각이 든다"
